Parcels decelerate as they exceed the equilibrium level. Therefore, cooling rates decrease. Now the cooling rate of the overshooting top indicates the increase in the height of the overshooting top. Note how much smaller the cooling rates are here compared to the last figure for the same set of storms.

**Caution here**
• No mention about the homogeneity of the atmosphere. 
• Better resolution now - > inflated cooling rates 
• Max cooling rate could be a function of image interval.
