This site provides
instructional materials and guidelines for teaching
forecasters how to account for the characteristics of the
AVN/MRF global model, including biases and sources of error,
and make adjustments to the model forecast based upon them.
The Introduction describes
the goal of the lesson, prerequisite knowledge, objectives,
and how to use the materials. The four topics within the
