This site provides
instructional materials and guidelines for teaching
forecasters how precipitation processes are represented in
numerical models so that they may make better use of NWP
precipitation guidance and forecasts. The Introduction describes
the goal of the lesson, prerequisite knowledge, objectives,
and how to use the materials. The three topics within the
lesson are listed below. The option 'Send Your Comments'
allows you to provide feedback on the lesson
materials.
