Report Instructions

Reports are required for every project. Six-month and final reports are required for all Partners and Cooperative Projects. If you have a multi-year Cooperative Project, you must submit an annual report in order to receive funding for the next year.

All reports should be written jointly by the academic and operational forecaster partners. Of particular importance is the section that describes benefits to operational forecasting resulting from the research. Documentation of improvements directly related to Outreach projects is critical to demonstrating the value of the program.

Reports should be submitted in electronic form to outreach@comet.ucar.edu. If you have additional materials you want to submit with the report, send them to the Outreach Program address. Final reports are edited for confidential material and posted on the Outreach Website.
